We are quickly approaching another round of dust control. If you haven't gotten dust control from us before, you will need to call or stop in to get the appropriate paperwork for your county. The product we use is Lignin Sulfonate, which is a non-toxic, enviromentally friendly, non-corrosive, water-soluble product.

All counties must complete a Dunkerton Co-op Dust Control Application. If your county requires a permit, you will need to fill that out as well. Click on the county name in the chart below to get access to the permit.

No dust applications will be applied until payment has been received. Checks will be cashed when received, no postdates accepted. If application area is not clearly marked with flags (which we have available in our office, as well as, most county offices) drivers will use best judgement when applying. This will be applied twice this season. The first application is usually Late May to Early/Mid June and the second in Late July to Early/Mid August. We recommend a minimum application of 400 feet, which has been proven to give the best results for dust control.
